Price: Prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT, apart from sales of latest vintage wines.

The prices publicised at the time of the order are applicable, subject to modification of selection, vintage year, price and conditions, availability of the wine and correction of manifest errors and typos. Claims for damages and interest in case of manifest error or typo are excluded.

Shipping cost: 1 to 3 bottles 9.00, 4 to 12 bottles 12.00, 13 to 30 bottles 20.00 CHF, free delivery from 31 bottles or 500.00 CHF order.

Payment: Our members have a choice between paying by credit card (PayPal), by invoice payable within thirty days net or in cash. Default interest and reminder charges can be paid. We also reserve the right to demand payment by credit card or advance payment.

Retention of title and right of cancellation: the merchandise remains the property of Domaine du Daley until full payment. In case of payment delay we are entitled to abandon the contract and cancel the order.

Sale to minors: the law prohibits the sale of spirits, aperitifs and alcopops to persons less than 18 years of age or the sale of wine, beer and cider to persons less than 16 years of age. Confirmation of the order indicates that the customer is over 18 years of age.

Guarantee: All our wines are selected with the greatest care so we will gladly replace any unopened bottle that you are not entirely satisfied with within 2 months of your order and on condition that the wine was properly stored.

Corked bottles: Bottles returned 3/4 full with the original cork will be replaced without charge. A cash refund of the sales price is only possible if it is impossible to replace the merchandise, and no later than one year after the purchase date.

Order confirmation: the sale is concluded once the customer has validated the shopping basket and confirmation has been sent by email. The customer can complete or cancel the order until it is processed by our preparation department.

Delivery: Delivery can take place either in our estate cellars (DOMAINE DU DALEY, Ch. Des Moines, 1095 LUTRY), or at your address in Switzerland according to the delivery charges mentioned above. The company cannot be made liable for compensation as a result of a delivery delay.

Data protection and privacy:

• Our website can be accessed without you having to provide personal information. However, personal data is indispensable when you use our services (newsletter, orders). We use this information only to provide you with the required service.

• This personal information is neither sold, rented nor exchanged. It is only transmitted to third parties for the correct execution of the order or for payment (e.g. transmission of data to the post office or a collection agency in case on non-payment).

• The website may contain cookies. They can be deactivated.

• We reserve the right to use purchasing behaviour information anonymously for statistical purposes.

DOMAINE DU DALEY does not have access to confidential information relating to payment methods. The information is entered on a protected site without DOMAINE DU DALEY or third parties having access.
