A blend of Merlot and Cabernet franc with a hint of Syrah (Shiraz), made using vines growing on the shores of Lake Geneva. Produced in small quantities and laid down in barrels for 22 months. An exceptional gastronomic wine (meat, game and pâté) that benefits from being laid down.
